I hit the wall with a loud thud, crying out silently as the air was blasted from my lungs. I could hear several of the bricks cracking, though that didnt surprise me. These ruins were old, and everything seemed to be rotting, including this beast that I was fighting. I knew i wouldn't live through this, because I had just heard my back break, right above my twin tails, which now lay limp. I could still move my arms, but what use was that?
