           Diro grinned, his fangs gleaming in the darkness. He stared into his mirror, seeming to search for answers in it. He shook vioently for a moment. His vision blurred and he heard something close to static from the television. His impaired vision fell onto his gun. He shook his head and picked up the meat cleaver that was close at hand. He looked to the mirror again, hoping he would see a different person. What he saw gave him some satisfaction. His fur was sticking this way and that, but it had some upkeep to it. His crimson eyes seemed unforgiving and heavy laced with insanity. The cleaver, now dangling at arm's length, shone dully in the poor light. Again his vision blurred and he heard static.
