Lovers Last End              His axe swung down hard and split the log in half. Looking down at the split log he smiled as the cut was perfect down the middle. Picking up the two peices of the log he set them atop a pyramid of logs he had been cutting all morning. Swinging his axe he stuck it into the well marked stump he used for cutting the lumber. He started to walk towards the river to clean off form a hard days work, hearing a noise in behind a bush his ears perked up and he froze. Slowly he turned his head in the direction of the noise just as a small rock whizzed through the air and hit him in the back of the head. "Ha! I got you that time Anthony."   Whirling around to see the fox standing there who was pointing and laughing, Anthony started to laugh and called out, "Yeah, yeah you did. Next time you are the one who's gonna get a rock in the back of the head Tony!"   "Haha, yeah, right, keep telling yourself that but your never gonna get me," he called back. Anthony and Tony had been friends since childhood. Tony, a short fox, age seventeen, was like many other foxes, his fur was red with black paws and a white underside. He liked to sneak aroud and play games with his best friend, Anthony, age eighteen, who is a taller grey wolf. Anthony's fur is thin and solid grey with small patches of a darker shade of grey on his back. Both of them enjoy being out in the wild even though they were born and lived in a small village.   After each had a good laugh they started to walk down to the river. Once getting to the river side Anthony noticed that Tony had already started a small camp fire. Seeing thier backpacks leaning against a fallen tree Anthony took his shirt off. Tossing it onto the fallen tree he walked over and took his shorts off. Looking back to Tony who just stood there and smiled he stated, "it's not like you haven't seen me naked before."   Tony blinked and cocked his head to the side and joked, "I know, but everytime I do I just have to take in your splendor." Pulling his own shirt and shorts off he walked down to the river side. Anthony walked up behind him and nuzzled his neck. Closing his eyes Tony walked into the running water, sending a shiver up his spine as the water rushed around him.   Casually walking into the water Anthony remarked, "the waters not that cold." Playfully shoving the fox into the water. Looking up stream he could see thier village. Smiling at the fact that everything was normal he felt the fox pounce on him. Falling into the water with a gasp of surprise he could hear the fox laughing. Wrapping his arms around the fox he pulled him under the water and pressed his muzzle against the foxxes. Both now locked in a passionate kiss Anthony held the fox as close as he could.              Holding thier breath for as long as they could they kissed under the water, gently lapping at each others tongues. Finally letting the fox go they both stood up. Each taking deep breaths as they looked deep into each others eyes. Licking his lips, Anthony backed up out of the river. Tony followed him, never looking away from his eyes. Laying down onto the ground Anthony took Tony's paw and pulled him down ontop of him. Pressing his muzzle against the foxxes again Anthony moved one paw behind Tony's head and lightly scratched behind his ear.              Tony moved one paw down and began to stroke the wolf's hardening member. Pulling himself off the wolf he moved down and licked the tip of Anthony's cock. He wrapped his muzzle around the throbbing member and started to bob his head. Anthony's back arched feeling the moist muzzle of the fox wrap around him. "Ngh! God you are so hot" he stated.              Wrapping his tongue around the wolf's hardened cock in response to the comment. Bobbing faster now, he started to stroke himself. Anthony started to pant as his back arched even more from the foxxes tongue. The fox pulled his head up a little and swirled his tongue around the tip of the wolf's cock. Anthony moaned through his panting. The fox pressed his head down taking in the full length of the wolf.             The wolf arched his back even more and let out a low howl as he erupted deep into the foxxes muzzle. The foxxes eyes widened as he drank Anthony's seed. Releasing the throbbing member from his muzzle the grinned at Anthony and remarked, "that was a good way to relax after a hard day of work, wasn't it." Tony started to stand up and they both heard a branch crack from the tree line. Anthony rolled over huddled low in an offensive stance, ready to pounce at whatever made the noise. Tony ducked down behind the fallen tree and looked towards Anthony. The wolf glanced into the foxxes eyes and saw how terrified he was. Growling, Anthony slowly stalked forward and focused on where the noise came from.             A tall figure walked out from the tree line. "N-no need to attack" the voice called out, "I-im sorry. I didn't mean to eavesdrop. I just s-saw you two in the water and thought you were both very beautiful." Anthony noticed that it was a female wolf.             Standing from his striking position he called back, "it's just Alice. Come on out Tony." Looking back to Alice he noticed she was blushing. "Tony" he sighed, "bring me my pants please."              Tony had slipped his own pair of pants on and jogged over to Anthony. Handing the pair of jeans to the wolf he looked at Alice and remarked, "your looking very lovely today Alice." He smiled at her and looked over to Anthony who just finished zipping up the loose fitting blue jeans.            "I'm sorry again boys" she giggled, "you know I just cant help myself when you two are together like that."             Alice was a grey wolf like Anthony. She grew up in the same village and had been close friends with both Anthony and Tony. Alice was seventeen years old. She always liked to be near the fox and wolf as they made he feel safe. Knowing how protective Anthony was of his friends and family she liked to stay close to him.            "This is the fourth time this month Alice" Anthony sighed. Leaning over to Tony he whispered, "tomorrow, I promise." The fox smiled and nuzzled Anthony's neck.            Alice smiled at the pairs display of love. "I know and again I'm really sorry, but--" her words were cut off as an arrow whizzed by her and stuck into Tony's heart.           Tony's eyes widened and he looked down at the arrow protruding from his chest. He started to collapse backwards and Anthony grabbed him as he fell and gently placed him on the ground. Looking into Tony's eyes, Anthony could see his life bleeding away. Anthony turned towards the tree line snarling and dashed forward. Noticing a figure moving through the trees he pounced and landed ontop of the fleeing creature. The smaller creature was crushed under the enraged wolf anf anthony started to strangle it. The suffocating creature gasped for air as Anthony crushed it windpipe. Turning around to look for more attackers he felt an immense pressure being applied to the back of his head. He fell forward turning to see his attacker. The taller figure stood there tossing the log to the side. Anthony started to black out and curled up into a ball.           He looked up to see three fogures moving from the trees towards Alice who was paralyzed with fear. Trying to get up Anthony was kicked in the back. The wolf felt the pressure on his side as the one who kicked him held him down. The attacker grabbed the back of his head and pulled his hair so he would have to look at Alice. He tried to close his eyes but saw one of the attackers smack her and she fell to the ground. He yelped in pain as he saw her go down. His attacker laughed while still pulling on his fur.           Staring in horror as the three attackers started to strip Alice. "No" he grunted, "not Alice."           "Shaddup!" his attacker kicked him again. Anthony looked and saw as they started to rape her. Tears started to roll down Anthony's face as he witnessed his friend being raped. He could hear her cries of pain, each one broke his heart more. Closing his eyes he couldn't watch any longer, now crying at what was happening. "Awww, poor wuffy is crying" his attacker laughed and kicked him again, "alright wuffy, I wont force you to watch anymore. Doesnt mean I wont stop kicking you."                Anthony heard the cries stop and heard footsteps coming towards him. Feeling the pressure being taken off of him he tries to stand up but only manages to get on his knees. Looking up, his eyes filled with tears he looked at the attackers who had formed a circle around him. "Y-you took them. Y-you took them from me" he cried. Slowly he stood up and heard three of the attackers had gotten ready to beat him back down. "You took everything from me" he snarled, "you bastards. You took my loved ones from me."           One of the attackers started to laugh. Anthony blinked the tears out of his eyes as his fur started to stand up. "You fuckers. I'll kill you!" he screamed and lunged at the attacker infront of him. His fangs sunk deep into the throat and he ripped it away. The other three attackers had already lunged at him. Ducking under one he slammed into the others chest. Raking furiously with his claws the tore the assailants stomach to shreds. Swiping beside him he caught the third attackers leg and tore his thigh open sending him to the ground reeling in pain.            The last standing attacker has grabbed a a stick and swung at Anthony. The stick landed right on his back and Anthony slowly rose to his feet. Turning around he looked at the attacker. "You. You are the one who held me down." He stepped closer as the attacker fell onto his back. "You kicked me. You made me watch my best friend get raped. You killed my mate!" he arched his back and tilted his head back letting out a massive howl that echoed through the forest. Looking down at the attacker he saw the fear in his eyes. He reached down and grabbed the collar of the attacker. Lifting him into the air he slammed him against a tree.            "P-please, I-I didn't mean to-" he was cut off as Anthony slammed him against another tree.             "You didnt mean to?" he growled. Clenching his paw into a fist he slammed it across the attackers face. Slamming him against the tree again the attacker started to cry. A tear rolled down Anthony's cheek as he pulled the mask from the attackers face seeing a squirrel , he mocked, "Awww, poor squirrel is crying. Dont worry, I'll stop your crying." He slammed him agianst the tree again, hearing a crack, Anthony knew the squirrel's spine had broken. Dropping him to the ground Anthony walked over to Alice who lay on the ground, naked and motionless.            He leaned in close and felt for a pulse, they had killed her in the rape. Tears rolled down his face and he started to cry again. Lifting her body and holding her close he cried, "I'm so, so sorry. I couldn't protect you."             "A-Anthony?" Tony coughed. Anthony looked up and saw Tony, lying against the fallen tree. He picked Alice up and brought her to the tree and set her down beside Tony. Moving over to the fox, he pressed his muzzle against the foxxes and kissed him. Tears rolling down his cheeks.            "Tony, please dont die on me" he cried, "I need you." Tony smiled at the wolf's words.           "Anthony... I couldn't think of a better way to die, than in your loving arms." Tony pressed closer and nuzzled the wolf's neck. "Anthony. All the time we spent together" he coughed, "I have never felt as happy as I did today." The fox pressed his muzzle against Anthony's one last time before the last of his life faded from him.            The wolf continued to cry as he kissed the fox. Anthony layed there with Alice and Tony, his two life long friends.               Anthony pressed down hard on the earth where he had burried his friends. Tears rolling down his cheeks he whispered, "I loved both of you so much. I will miss you." He stood up and walked out of the small cemetary. He went into his house and fell down onto the bed, mourning the loss of his lost friends.  It was four years since the tragic event on the forests edge near the river. Since that day Anthony had never gone back. He never left the town or went too far from the cemetary. He vowed to protect the village and all those who lived in it.
