The Stranger (Chapter 1)
Shirayuki stood on the roof of her aparment complex, it was quiet compared to the loud car noises and yelling from other furs in the grand country of Japan, in the Bronx District. The Bronx District was basically the slums of Japans biggest city Hong Kong, and the population had grown in the Bronx from furs getting laided off from the factories and getting kicked out of their homes. Those who ended up homeless and broke, wandered into the ever growing in population, yet falling apart at the same time, Bronx District.
Shirayuki sighed. It would be another long day she thought. Her black and purple fur seemed to move with a fluid look in the air. She looked down at the ground far below, she remembered hearing the old panda talk about how it took you 1.7 seconds to die from a fall, and it takes the fur brain took 1.4 seconds to remember something. Therefore you would remember hitting the ground, becoming unsucessful in your attempt at painless suicide.
She took a few steps back, then took off into a run before jumping off the edge. She could hear the screams, but those were drowned out by the wind as she plummeted to earth. Shirayuki looked down at the earth just in time to see a lizard with black scales staring her right in the face, right below her. She screamed.
Shirayuki burst out of her bed, in a full sweat. She was gasping and panting, it was only a nightmare. That's all it was only a nightmare. She put her head back on the pillow and slowly drifted off back into deep sleep.
Durok & The East (Chapter 2)
Eternity walked through the streets of the crowded street, he didn't know why he was here. Or for that matter where here was. He felt the need to look up and he saw a black and dark purple feline falling from the sky, right for him. He felt Durok's control wash over him and he blacked out.
Eternity woke up as the boat rocked back and forth. He had fallen out of his hammock inside the crew quarters. He'd hitched a ride on this travelers ship after he'd met someone who owed him a favor. Well they owed Durok a favor. For those of you just joining Eternity on his adventure, Durok is a little voice inside his head and at times takes over his body to cause mass killings, Durok is a psycho, an insane mass murderer, and Eternity was unlucky enough to get stuck with his soul trapped inside Eternity's body. Durok wasn't speaking, but Eternity could feel his irritation from Eternity being jolted awake.
"Quit your complaining. Save it for the rest of the long trip." Eternity said aloud, it was the only way he could reply to the stuff Durok said inside his head. Eternity got a lot of nasty and freaked out looks because of it but he didn't care anymore.
There was a loud bang as the ship hit the dock.
"Everyone prepare to de-board!" This was Eternity's chance, he climbed up a ladder to a port hole and jumped off the ship. He hit the water without a sound, but saw the flash of a camera before he hit the water. God dammit he thought as me swan towards shore. He could feel durok mocking him on the inside and he pushed the thought away. He looked down on the town below, it looked old and rusted. But very crowded. He looked at the big sign that stood off to the left of his vision.
Welcome to The Bronx District, the peace is kept by the Royal Guard. Anyone who attempts to fight the Royal Guard will be hit with the full extent of the law and be forced to hanging.
Eternity felt Durok smile on the inside. "You really think your going to like it here don't you Durok?" He could feel Durok nod evilly, which made Eternity a little frightened of his counterpart.
