Eternity woke up in the middle of the night, it was normal for him. He looked at the white ceiling, then got up and walked over to the table with the stolen laptop on it. He opened it and it made a click as the latch came un-done. He pushed the power button and the laptop buzzed to life. Hmmm...where to start... he thought as the computer's desktop, showed up with a picture of an unknown beach on it. He clicked the internet browser, and the search engine opened up. There were ad's and news related stuff on the page. He scrolled down the pages and something caught his eye. He clicked the news article, it was in red. Three police officers dead, kill no where to be found. Then below it smaller letters it said. Is it supernatural? He started reading the article...Three cops were found charred and burned in an alley late last night, the sole survivor, Officer Jenkins, hasn't said a word to anyone. They have their fellow officer and friend in a cell until he starts talking. The Coroner's has yet to be released to the public and we are waiting for further developments. He stopped reading, it was bad. He had killed those people and....they didn't even know....Eternity got up and went to the frige, he pulled out a bottle of water and went back to the table. He pulled out his pills. "Damn...only enough for two more days..." he put some pills into his hand and put them into his mouth, he opened the water bottle and took a sip. "Well this is fucking better than nothing." Eternity sat in thought about what to do next, but then there was a knock at the door. It made Eternity jump a little, and he thought that maybe they had found him and were going to take him back to jail. He slowly got up and went to the door, he looked through the eye hole. There were two fur's both in black suits, and black sunglasses. They were both black bears, one was on the phone talking to someone while the other one was looking up and down the hotel hallway, he seemed nervous. He bear said something on the phone and looked at the other one, the nerous one. He nodded to him and shut his phone. The nervous one, which Eternity had already named twitchy picked up a object like one of those things that police used to break doors down. "Oh shit!" but he didn't move fast enough the door hit him right in the face and he was on the ground, his head hurt now. His vision was blurry but he relized he was being dragged by the bears, they said nothing. "Uhhh....fuck..." Eternity blacked out.
Eternity awoke tied to a chair his vision was fading in and out. "Good your finally awake, I was begining to think you wouldn't wake up." Eternity couldn't see where the voice was coming from. "What the hell...where am I? Who are you?" He looked around as best as he could. Something was wrapped around his neck. He couldn't move his neck around at all because of it. It felt like a neck brace but, it didn't cover his whole neck. "What the fuck is this?" The voice started again. "Your question mean nothing to me at the moment Mr.Eternity, but I can tell you what that thing is on your neck. It is a well brain disruptor, it sends fake waves through the nerves, and at high doses it can cause death, but we have it at a moderate setting. It just enough to keep your "other side" to yourself." Eternity didn't understand. "What the fuck are you talking about "other side"? I am just a normal guy!" The voice laughed. "Ahh but your mistaken...you and I both know what your "other side" is. It is that feeling you got, that feeling of power." Eternity thought for a moment his head still hurt a lot. Then he said under his breath as he relized it. "Durok..." "Oh so that is it's name? Durok hmmm...such a...un-commen name." Eternity was mad, this guy thought he could just keep out half of his personality hidden by some machine. Eternity didn't like Durok of coarse, but anything Durok felt Eternity felt, even if he wasn't in control. Hey Durok you can chime in anytime you know. No response, not even a hint of anything, Eternity suddenly felt alone. Durok wasn't there. He thought he would be happier without Durok talking in his head all the time, but it wasn't any better than if he was there. Eternity could still feel Durok's emotions, fear at first, then anger and a lot of it. Images flashed into his head of him tearing the throats of the voice, who ever he was. It was very fast, different images of different ways Durok would deal with this guy, and all his cronies. Please Durok not now. The images stopped and faded away, Eternity felt his head clear. Durok had never listened to him before at all, he must be afraid. "Now what you fucker, are you going to show your face and you'll turn out to be some childhood friend that I didn't kill? Then I would be able to kill you right?" he was yelling it felt good. "Yes and no Mr.Eternity. You see I will show you my face, but I will not be some friend that you knew, and you will want to kill me I can see in into your eyes, but that collar has other functions too you know." The voice walked out and a brown ferret walked out he had the same black suit that the bears did, but without the sunglasses. He had a pistol in his hand. "Well what do you want to do now?" Eternity lunged at the ferret with all his force, even tied up. Then he felt a blast of electricity that felt like a punch in the adam's apple. He slinked his head down, trying to keep back the tears of pain. He was angry now, so was Durok he could feel it gaining strength. "Now..." he said in a sort of pissed off tone. "You will do everything I say, and you will call me Boss, disobey and you die." He didn't talk like a normal person, he stated, he didn't ask if the person uderstood or not, just stated. "*cough* God dammit that really hurt." Then he felt a tick inside his head. *Listen Eternity....get him angry....it will help both of us....get out of this....alive* It was Durok's voice, he could just barely hear, but it was there. "Go. *cough* Fuck. Yourself." Eternity looked him dead in the eye as he said it. He felt a punch to his jaw it really hurt but, he relized that he had pissed off this guy and it was funny. "*cough* Your just a pussy, beating on people half dead and tied up in chairs." He spit blood at the ferret, right in his face. "God dammit, get this fucker out of here!" Two more bears walked in, bigger than the first two. They grabbed the back of the chair and dragged Eternity out of the room. "Take him to the Isolation Chamber, maybe then he will give me some respect." Eternity was dragged into a room with nothing in it. They threw him inside, Eternity still had that smile on his face.
