The world is a dark place indeed. Devoid of any true emotion other than disdain and hatred. Simple feelings such as love and humility have been replaced within the soul of man by lust and greed. One can no longer walk to sociable streets of earth, no matter the purity of his spirit without collecting the ever growing stain upon its delicate cloth. A simple serenade, once meant to woo a maidens heart, has now turned into a proverbial abomination of intoxication, death, and lust. No longer the gentle harmony one once felt in the combination of souls. A spoken word of ones desire to ravege the body and spirit of the recipient now replaces the heartfelt emotion. Slander used by one out of malice now has his very words turned against him out of spite. Innocence of the soul is no longer brought into this plane, but rather taugt to a parents offspring by one that refused to allow the taint to take root.
