Klaudius is somewhat of a prodigy in his family; when he was born without the ablity to control the elements or any form of magic like his parents. "The Mad" was a title given to him when he lost his wings in a freak "accident" at the age of 12 when he built his first death ray, and as a reminder scars riddle his back. Showing his extreme ingenuity over Science he started a project to fly again, creating all kinds of steam and electric monstrosities.

Tinkering, creating, metal, steam, gears, machines,  death rays, strink rays...! ANYTHING MAD SCIENCE!

He wears a form fitting vest adorned with whirling gizmos and steam gauge here and there, a pair of aviator googles, and a long pair of cargo pants that always seem to be filled with tools [there the faintest sound of ticking always seems to follow him.)

He has a adopted older brother that he isnt too happy about, believing him to be nothing more then a laze-a-bout that could better learn from him rather then sleep. Sleep is for the weak... thats why they invented caffiene!
