Tobin was actually born in Russia but quickly after his birth his mother took him away from his father a mob hitman. He grew up in America his father only stories told by his mother and Russia just a place he never plans on going to. He had an average childhood in the city, well for the most part he got in trouble a lot with his mother for doing parkour. He still participates in it however which is what he uses to keep fit but he isn't as reckless as he was in his youth. Tobin found out he was very good at drawing and actually won quite a few contests which trained him enough to earn a collage scholarship which let him get a bachelor degree in art.

Now at the age of twenty one he has a pretty good life, a gallery that pays great money for the art and drawings he creates. However something just doesn't feel right and Tobin is restless.

Tobin is a big guy, he's thick but it's not fat and he is a lot quicker than someone would guess he is capable of being considering his size. He has short blond hair which he always keeps short because if it gets long Tobin gets cranky. He has had a few loves but none that worked out for various reasons which hasn't turned him away from finding love but it's made him more cautious. Tobin also likes to compliment people in russian so they don't know what he said until he feels like telling them. However sometimes he doesn't understand jokes and takes something that most people would consider a joke seriously and might get upset pending what was said or done. He has a very creative mind which is what Tobin thinks is what women find most attractive about him but having a nice body doesn't hurt. He has a piercing in his right ear and one on his tongue but it's just a stud and isn't that big.
