Cecil has lived in America for his entire life, until he acquired a scholarship for a prestigious collage in France, and headed there immediately. There he attended collage and lived happily for a little while, soon a job opened up for a blind child's aid. He took the job and quickly grew attached to the kid. Gavin Rujoir. However, Gavin didn't like him, until recently, and the two have become inseparable... but that's only because Cecil won't let Gavin go anywhere without him.
