Noel knows very little of his own history. He woke up one day and had to make a life for himself. In the last five years, he's been working mostly in real estate, and even despite the crash has made a remarkable amount of money for himself in a very short time. There's evidence that he may also be a con artist or have ties to organized crime on the side.

making money, charming people (which he's very good at), spending money (he has very expensive tastes), and kinky sex. He's a Dominant, and though he never crosses the line into non-consensuality, he's known for his particular cruelty and manipulative charisma.

Noel is handsome and affable, but hardly honest. Many have also noted that, despite his powerfully magnetic presence, if you look too long into his eyes you get a chill, as if something about him is dangerous. He's slim and wiry, but it's nevertheless easy to imagine him with a dripping blade in his hand, like a warrior of old.

He has no wings or horns as such, but he does have a few hornlike bony ridges around his face, and his tail is semi-prehensile.

Skill-wise, Noel doesn't really know what he's good at. He speaks fluent Spanish and Russian, and has no idea how he learned them. He suspects he may know many other languages as well. He occasionally runs across abilities he didn't know he had, especially in bed, and he thinks he may be a very good fighter. He doesn't like to test or talk about his memories. He seems to fear the person he used to be.

Noel doesn't know it, but he's actually not a real person, as such. He's a physical and psychic prison for Nerekhas Soulthirster, and every time he discovers a new skill, that's really Nerekhas getting a little bit closer to breaking free. Noel's not exactly a nice guy, but he isn't evil. He would be horrified to learn who and what he "really" is. The best way to strengthen Noel and keep Nerekhas at bay would be to inspire him to truly love another person, but out of fear of himself, so far Noel has kept everyone at arms' length.
