Raymond Delouise was brought wailing into the world from his mother's womb on July 12th, 1973, in his daddy's restaurant, The Shrimp Shack. Rather than being surrounded with nurses and doctors at the moment of his birth, the newborn was instead cleaned up and swaddled in cloth by his daddy, a midwife, and a juju priestess.

Raymond has been wailing ever since he was a baby. Not much has changed, only now he slips in a Blues Harp to mix with his soulful voice when he sings at his father's restaurant. Playing the Blues, and Shrimp, his two greatest loves, brought into one building. It's hard to think of anything that Ray loves more than The Shrimp Shack.
