Simon was born and raised in the United States, He spent a few years working as a police officer in San paro city, but resigned a short time after joining, and became an enforcer instead.  He spent several years working the streets of san paro as an enforcer, fighting primarily against the blood roses and their efforts to gain control of the city.  He fell in with the Prentiss Tigers for a while but after things began to quiet down a bit more he decided to move away from the city, and ended up living in Canada.  He hasnt been here long, and hes still getting used to his new homes rules on criminal activity.  However it didnt stop him from obtaining the lisences he needed to keep his weapons handy whereever he goes.  He still tends to wear full tactical gear in public and joined up with a local militia that the police occasionally call on for additional support

He enjoys sparring on occasion, loves some good company, fast cars, and his weapons of choice, a pair of 9mm pistols, and an FN SCAR with a single shotgun attachment, a holographic sight and a three point sling.  Plus a combat knife for good measure

assholes, criminals, bullies, drunks, gun control nuts, politicians with no balls, people with superiority complexes

Hes a nice guy, but hes not all that big on sugar coating things or keeping to himself, if hes got something to say, he'll say it, also he loves a good conversation, whether its about weaponry or politics, hes always got something to contribute
