History
There are many theories on how the seven sins came to be, some say god placed them as punishment upon the human race for their insolence, others say they were conjured by the minds of mortals most secret desires, and there are those that believe that they sprang forth from Pandoras Box.
In truth, they've actually been here for as long as time itself. Lingering in the shadows, corrupting men and women alike when they felt the need. They have a purpose in this world, to balance out the light with their shadow. When one falls for what ever reason, another takes its place. Those that know of them, know them simply as what they are. Even though there are only seven of them, they take the forms and shapes of many different creatures to blend in with their current surroundings, and Gluttony...is no different.

About
There is an old expression:
"Your eyes are bigger than your belly!"
Any creature that fixes it's greedy gaze on a meal that far exceeds it's appetite can rightly be described as a glutten.
The Dragon that discovers a Mammoth prize, even one deeply frozen, might find that he's bitting off more than he can chew.
That is the true nature of gluttony, always wanting more. More food, more valuables, more anything to the poinit of extravagence. No mortal has seen his true form, for only the other six can. To mortals he appears as a heavy set man, constantly over endulging himself with whatever vices present themselves. He cares not what others think of him, instead choosing to enjoy his extravegence, and share it with others who choose to join him in his life of sin.
