Part of an Aztec Lineage, Izel was the daughter of a large family of mothes in the Northern regions of South America. An educated type, at 16 she was ready for college... and so moved up to the US temporarily in order to study at Harvard, getting a Bachelor's Degree in Archaeology, Ancient; then returning to Mexico to search for work there. In Southern Mexico, she was able to find a team willing to accept her, and proved exceptional when it came to ancient Aztec studies and knowledge. She's currently still working in the area, uncovering clues of her ancestors...

Archaeology, of course. As well as any studies relevant, and exploration. Traveling. New Cultures. Friendly types.

Disrespect for the ancient, desecration of tombs by the inexperienced, and foolish, headstrong people who charge into things.

Other than being an Archaeologist type and moth, she also possesses a curious artifact with her at all time, who she calls Atl. Some sort of ancient Aztec God or something embodied within a small shiny silver Armadillo idol that can come to life and roll about. Tends to attract those who love shiny things like magic, so she keeps it hidden in a pouch when said people are around. May have special powers, but that's to find out.
