Both of his parents were wolves, but an anscestor on his father's side was bitten by a vampire during experiments, so now the entire line is infected, grew up on the fringe and eventually left home and decided to make a go of it. One of the very first jobs he had was in food service and also bartending, so he has high skill when it comes to those areas.
