Nothing is known about ShadowSin, his past is shrouded in mystery.  All that is known about him is that he is a skilled swordsman.

 Also, ShadowSin has lost most of his memories...so much of what he knows is from instinct and the rest comes to him in painful waves if he ever recalls something from his past days.
