Khilain

Khilain is one of those lions that tends to keep his past to himself, and while he is generally pleasant company, he can be a bit standoffish at times. He often dresses in worn and sometimes torn jeans and a t-shirt. He doesn't really look like he has all that much money based on his usual appearance, but as they say, looks can be deceiving.

Those that know him or his late family would be able to tell those asking that the truth of him was far different than the way he appeared. The truth was that he was a relatively minor Duke if titles and lands meant anything to him at all. He didn't have to worry about money like a lot of others had to, but he also didn't like others to treat him differently when they found out about his title or wealth. It is for this main reason that he usually dresses as though he is barely making ends meet and plays the part of just another poor soul.

He does indulge in one luxury, and that is his Ducati. While he doesn't know all that much about bikes or working on them, it is the thrill of riding it that makes him indulge. If asked about the bike, he merely says that he either won it in a poker game or saved most of his life to get it and is still paying for it.
