Was abused as a kid and turned to drugs such as heroin, cocaine(hence her name "snow"), and marijuana. she has scars from taking heroin and her stepfather scarred her mentaly as well as physically plus from her days of cutting as well. she seems like a detached person most of the time but she chooses to be that way to get away from it all. if you can get her to open up she will be your best  friend.
