Dante Raiden, a.k.a. The Dead Man, in short is the Phoenix incarnate. Lord of the Fire Realm of Elihu, he was approached in the dying phase of the Eternal Phoenix with an offer he couldn't refuse. In exchange for the dying phoenix's power, he would rule Elihu and restore balance to the universe he came from. From this, he gained several abilities, including pyromancy, flight, and interdimensional travel, among other things.
