Growing up in an Orphanage, he never had a family or many friends. When the war started( http://forum.yiffy.tk/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=983 ) and his town was evacuated he found him self stuck in a under supplied refugee camp. Being only the very young and very old in the camp he and others his age set out to find much needed food and medicine. 

His real name is Roger Host, Watts was the name others gave him due to his knack for technology.
