"Flip", was a fox featured in a children's magazine some years ago. The artical was writen from the fox's perspactive on daily life as a young cub in the wild. The name stuck in my memory over many years from my childhood. (I think it had something to do with my zealousy, that I, alone, was the only child not invited to hear the artical read aloud that day.)
Since Starfox was released in 1993, and watching Disney's "The Fox and the Hound", my childhood self developed a fascination with th fox specie. Then came forth a collectin of stuffed foxes lining my shelves. (Every child has his "thing" I suppose.)
Taking orders, lectues, being caught stealing from government faclitys, waiting in lines, and talking about his family.
Flip is a reserved, intelligent, and very charismatic canine. His past seems both misterious, and rather violent. Tragicly, every one of his family members, including distant relitives, were murdered within 10 months, when when Flip was only 4 years old. (Unofficialy, all were assasinated by a mafia in an attempt to find and kill flip himself. No one except for the FBI and Flip himself knows why.) Dispite this fate, Flip was always successful since a very young age. He graduted highschool at age 16, then droped out of college on his first year, after scoring extremely high on his entry exams, but claimig that all college systems were both "systematicly clumsy" and "boring..." Shortly after, Flip disapeared from the world without a trace for 6 years. Flip is rumored to have spent these years, serving in an elite paramilitary mercenary organisation. However, he confidently denies these rumors and deemes them as "irrational publicity dramatics." (He's never given an alibi for these lost years, as he has never been required or asked to present such.)
