The second person to bear the name Robelard in the St-James family, this would be the one known as Ras and Andrew's uncle. Confusing in the family, but that was usually why he went by the name R.D.  Till his nephew started calling himself Ras... and well, then he started calling himself Robe. The short-form of his full name.  But usually, he still answers to the name R.D.

 

Like his nephew, he is a  Soldier from the time of the Central American war. He was a bit more high ranking than Ras though, and a member of the unit Black Fire. He was trained as a short combat specialist, though he wasn't standing out amongst his peers. Ever since the El-Fieran Incident, he's distanced himself from the military, though he still goes in to occasionally train people that call for him.
