Edward was raised in an orphanage in Berlin where he often snuck out to explore the city. Not having much food or any money to his name, he often set out to acquire his own, via shifty means.

Edward now leads a satisfying life in a small back alley where he has everything he needs, from shelter and clothing, to all the food and money he could ever want, as it literally walks by him every day.
