Caleb

A reimagination of the old character, due to having no interest in continuing him as is. Thus, same guy, new everything else.

Starting from scratch in his history, I'll call him a young Caleb.

Not yet started on his full journey to know all that he can know. As such he only just gained an interest in his ultimate goal of knowing a little big of something about everything. Science, the arts, culture, and the like.

Currently he is young, and idealistic in nature and willing to lend an ear to anyone that will talk with him in an effort to learn about them, and their ways. He already has a vague idea of what to expect from his journey, but is fully open to surprises.

From his native land of the UK, his journey has not yet brought him far, having only travelled across europe for the most part and had very little luck in finding anything not related to tourist attractions, or communist remnants.

You. Yep, you.
Generally he is open to being interested in everything. If you say it, he will give it a chance to be fascinating.

So, try him.

Currently amongst his hopefully soon to be growing list of interests are:

Food;
Music of varying genres;
Warm places;
Fascinating people;

So far he has yet to be deprived of his eager nature by a cynicism that will grow in the future. For now, he is easy-going, willing to learn, willing to listen, and willing to do just about anything.

He is probably a little bit naive, and will believe just about everything he has heard, but he is not stupid. Just too trusting for his own good; something that will lend to said later cynicism.

Not the most forceful, or direct of folks causes him to remain in the shadows until something catches his eye. At least, for the most part.

May start invading personal space once that initial wall is broken. 

Lazy character description:

Somewhat tall in stature at about 6 foot 5 and weighing in at just over 220lbs. He's not overly bulky, and attributes most of his weight to his scales and tail rather than any fat, or muscle. That being said, he is not one to be trifled with; although he will never be the one to strike first.

His snout is quite snub, short, and with a pounded point to it. No hair to speak of due to his reptilian nature.

His hands are mostly human in nature, though with sharp claws instead of finger nails. He is usually very good at not scratching things he doesn't want to scratch.

His feet are far more like claws, perhaps in kind to those you may see on an anthropomorphic dragon.

His tail is quite short for his side, the tip just about touching to the floor. As a lizard, it starts thick and gets narrower until the pointed tip. It's prehensile for the most part, but not very stroke for carrying things.
