Elesis

 On the opposite, she really dislikes mud and dirt. Especially being covered in them. Water is fine, although she rather dislikes how it tends to short circuit her attacks.

In a relationship, what she dislikes the most is being taken for granted. Lacking respect to her will get you a warning in the form of a strong dose of electricity. She isn't unforgiving, but it really gets her in a bad mood.

Elesis is proud, and will not let herself be tamed easily. However, unless someone is trying to tame her or disrespects her, she is quite friendly, and loves talking. She often talks too much, even. She tends to be impulsive as well.

5'6, 130 lb. in Anthropomorphic form, she's a cute, spiky girl. Her body is well toned from the lot of running she did. Oddly, her muscle mass is not concentrated in her hind legs, but equally all over, hinting that she generally runs in a 4 legged stance. She's nice and curvy however, with a nice hourglass shape and all that comes with it. A well sized but athletic bust, flat, toned stomach, curvy hips and a tight round ass that just begs to be groped. Smooth thighs, long legs and a confident attitude also do their parts in her relative (depends what the males like) attractiveness. 

Her feral form is roughly 2 feet long, with the tail, and a foot high, without the ears. A magnificent specimen of Jolteon, with a finely muscled, strong and agile body. She can run very fast, and has an above the norm agility. Like all Jolteons, her paws are unclawed. In both forms, her hind legs are digitigrade. 

True to both shapes, her fur is smooth on the front and her legs. It is thicker and spikier on her back up to her neck. Her neck is adorned by a large collar of spiky white fur. Her tail, somewhat , takes the shape of a "skirt" and a few large "spikes" of fur, all roughly equal in length. Her back is covered in mid-length, rough fur. 
In her anthro form, her hair is basically elongated fur. It would be considered short length, the static making them stand up, giving her a very electric, sharp backward haircut.
Both her ears have an elongated pentagon-like shape, and covered with short, rough fur. 
All her fur is filled with static. In large quantity. She is thus prone to static discharges.
