Genetically speaking, T-234-2 is the same person as T-234, or was at least the same originally before modifications to T-234-2's genetic structure were made.  Much like the original, the experimentation performed upon this clone were done simply because they could.  Playing god is fun, after all, so why stop at just one?
For the most part, T-234-2 bears a striking resemblence to T-234 save for the distinct difference that T-234-2 is female and her fur coloring seems to be reverse that of T-234's own.  Like T-234, she very much resembles that of a Fisher Cat in physical shape.  The similarities stop at body type, much like they do with T-234. 
One major noticeably difference is the lack of bioluminescence on her form.  In its place, her flesh seemed to be possessed of a noticeably pleasant taste and aroma, sweetly tantalizing in both scent and flavor.  Her bodily fluids, specifically saliva and vaginal secretions, also emit this enjoyable taste and scent as well.  These changes were intentional alterations to T-234-2 on her creator's part.
Like T-234's tail mouth, the one that T-234-2 carries is capable of some variant of organized thought as well as  basic communication with her.  It is also capable of the consumption of most matter as well as the ability to convert that matter into energy an nutrients for the host body.  Whereas T-234's tail mouth is rebellious, T-234-2's is outright disobedient to a fault and seems to never listen to T-234-2 whatsoever.  It is currently unknown why this is. 
T-234-2 is capable of emitting a telepathic energy through maintained eye contact.  This energy results in potential hypnotism in a number of subjects, leaving the 'victim' at T-234-2's mercy.  It is currently unknown why she developed this ability instead of the euphoria inducing chemical release that T-234 posesses but theories surrounding possible male-female dynamics have sprung up.
T-234-2's story of finding her way into the world outside of the laboratory where she was created is not one of escape. Rather, T-234-2 was willingly released for the purposes of observation.  Equipped with an internal tracking device, her creators are content to see how she interacts with the world and how the world interacts with her various oddities.  Aside from the tracking device, it is unknown to T-234-2 what other methods of observation are being used.

Being cooped up in a lab for the extent of her life, Everything is intriguing to Pekan. She loves to eat, even if her tail fight's her on that task. Every thing is so new to Pekan that she is very curious to a fault. Pekan has yet to develop her interests, and dislikes.
