Frankie grew up in a musical family.  Her actual name, Francine, is rarely used, even by her family members.  Instead, she's usually referred to as Frankie, because of her love for the music of Frank Sinatra.  She has adopted his style of dress to compliment her perfomance of his music, and is sometimes mistaken for a male, much to her chagrin.  No, it's not because she lacks curves, but because she often disguises them.
