Could you imagine a more boring childhood?  Elementary school, top of the class.  High school, same deal.  College?  Owned.  The only real tragedy in Ashvyn's past is her psychologically unsound father, whose paranoia and mistrust of everyone prevented her from forming normal relationships with children her own age.  As an escape, she turned to video games, only moving into the real world reluctantly when she started college.

Ashvyn is a geek-of-all-trades.  If it's electronic, she's probably investigated it.  If she doesn't have it, it isn't worth the time.  She's also into music, and will give nearly anything a shot if it's properly presented.  That doesn't necessarily mean it'll end up on her playlist, though, so be warned.

 She is bisexual, with only a slight female preference.  Flirting will make her blush but she'll play along.

Ashvyn (V to her friends) is fairly friendly, but not particularly outgoing. It takes a bit to earn her trust, and even more to get her to open up about her sexuality. The one exception to this rule is when she's around people who are in relationships and frustration sets in. Her hair is usually worn shoulder-length and sometimes dyed at the ends. Her personal style changes randomly and without warning. One day may present plain tees and slacks, the next busy generic prints and shorts. And then, possibly, something entirely unexpected. Sexy outfits are uncommon but not unheard of.

Ashvyn has trust issues and doesn't form relationships well. A suitably affectionate casual partner might become a long-term relationship if they're lucky.
