(All I've decided on for the moment is that he is from a currently undecided Slavic country, and [was only allowed to come in because the State mistook him & those who would travel with him to support it]).

This character loves to work, but sees liberty where the Socialist worker paradigm/stereotype doesn't.

Despite his love of work, [his enemy is the Union that existed before the State's corruption, without which would've inspired he & some of his people to leave their country on a totally separate note].
