The Wolf Kingdom was once a grand and noble kingdom within the realm of Gaesa. Gaesa being a magical forest hidden from the eyes of those whom are not worthy or not open to its existence. Long ago the various kingdoms sat together in peace each full moon under the guidance of the supreme rulers, The Elk king and queen.

There peace was not to last as a few of the kingdoms grew greedy and jealous. One such kingdom, the lion, launched a war against the wolf kingdom. King Shade and Queen Nita fought hard alongside their people but in a tragic battle, the king was lost to them. The queen was distraught and in mourning though her people continue to fight even now for their freedom and to keep the lions from capturing their homeland.

Nita Nightwish is the queen of the Wolf Kingdom in a mystical land called the Forest of Gaesa. (The Forest of Gaesa is a magical forest that lives within my own mind and in a novel I am currently working on.) She once ruled there with her late husband, King Shade Nightwish. He was killed in a war with the Lion Kingdom and she has mourned his loss all these moons. She now searches for a new king to rule at her side and to bring her kingdom back from near ruin as the war wages on and she has neither the skill nor the stomach for battle. She is best know. For her healing magics and the kindness she shows to those under her rule and to all others around her. She is greatly admired by all in Gaesa and it also makes her a target from great enemies.
