Though he enjoys a good sparring session, he is not overly thrilled by the concept of violence and fighting, preferring to leave it only as a profession. He semi-secretly has a passion for art, nature and architecture, which he tries to follow during his spare time, and is actually quite intelligent despite his opressive demeanor.

  He is very intersted in learning some of the basic arcane arts, both to improve himself and to prove he isn't as dumb as he seems, but he has failed to find a mentor who would teach a "thick skulled warmonger".

He eventually wishes to leave his life of combat and settle down with a sharp, witty woman who can challenge and appreciate his mind instead of just his physique.

He harbors a deep but slightly secretive disdain for those who destroy or fail to appreciate the hard work of others, such as defacing art and sculpture or wontonly destroying nature.

He also has a dislike for thieves and thievery, mostly due to the large amounts of bandits he has fought through his years.

He is clad in heavy full plate steel armor, which he keeps in pristene condition. He flies into battle wielding a double-handed great sword with incredible might and agility, but also uses much tact and strategy in his combat.

He has become a bit socially withdrawn due to the assumption that he is "all brawn and no brain".
