Mia was a reploid originally created by a depraved scientist who wanted to use her for pleasure. Her frame was built to be used for intercourse, modeled to be a submissive female. after teaching her about why she was made his facility came under attack by maverick hunters. He'd been using mechanaloids to kill any officials that came to question him. During the attack, he tried to force himself onto Mia, but wound up getting ran through with a litanium rod.

The maverick hunters once they arrived found Mia in a corner, looking at her dead creator. She played back the attempted assault to them, and expressed her want to make sure that no one else was harmed. So she was indoctrinated into the ranks of the Maverick hunters. She has combat armor that she wears on assignment and often trains with an energy saber, mentored by Zero and X. She eventually reached B-rank among the hunters. She she's Axl, X and Zero as her family, and as such has sisterly feelings for them, nothing more. Though the multiverse has many plans for this reploid.
