Kriss has what is considered a mild split personality disorder. Mild because his other side never actually gives a name. Day-to-day he is a quiet and cuddly person who keeps to himself unless someone openly snuggles up to him. When it comes to bedroom activities, that can be an entirely different story. If the person he's with is submissive and it shows in their personality and the way they approach him, his other personality comes into play, and he takes on a very dominate and strong yet caring role. If the person approaching him is very much dominate, then he remains the same sweet loving subby boy he always is, doing what he can to make the other person happy and nearly swooning when it comes to bondage. If the person he's with proves to be cruel, or painful, or uncaring though, the other side comes into play, and angrily so. He'll bite, claw, and do everything within his power to escape whatever keeps him from slugging the person. Blame his past.
