Living close to shoreline in Californa, this Vaporeon grew up nice and happy in a rich family in Hoenn before she was kidnapped by Team Rocket for research in human-pokemon splicing.Her long tail is ridged with a fin which was often mistaken for a mermaid’s. She still prefers beautiful shores. With cells similar to water molecules it can’t be seen when it melts away into water. Vaporeons underwent a spontaneous mutation and grew fins and gills that allow them to live underwater.This vaporeon, like her feral family, has the ability to freely control water.
