Mitch Daniels is perhaps the best choice for a quartermaster on the open ocean, save for his brother...who is recently deceased by the hands of a misplaced sword during a battle with the "Hellfire." Mitch spent most of his time at his brother's side on the Red Death, and now that he's gone, Mitch is completely lost. He has no clue what to do or where to go, and he's now looking to the bottle for comfort. He's been a member of the Red Death's crew since the ship first set sail, watching Jones go through first mates like mad, and it amused him to see this...until now. Knowing how real the loss can be now, Mitch is remorseful for all the times that he spent making fun of the Captian with his brother behind his back.
