Jason Redwolf was a drifter at sea for a long time. He was a stowaway on a merchant ship to get passage from England to the Caribbean, where he wanted to live out his dreams of being a sailor, but his ship was attacked by the Red Death. He wasn't in uniform, so Jones spared him and took him aboard, teaching him everything he knew about piracy. How to use a cutlass, how to man the helm, hoist a sail, fire a cannon...everything. For this, Jason is forever indebted to Captain Jones, and when Jones tells him to go get his own ship, he's shocked. Jason is in every way a Miniature Jones, ruthless when he needs to be, but with a hidden soft side...
