A pirate captain of the ship known as the "Red Death," Captain "Bloodstain" Bartholomew Jones is a rutheless and violent sailor, a pirate near unmatched in skill by many of his trade. Rumors have abounded for years that he possesses two legendary objects said to bring immense magical power, the Eye and Hand of Anubis, but though there is no proof of this, Jones' unnatural skill level is more than noticable.

The East India Trading Company has been after him for years, as well as the entire British Armada, but he somehow eludes them every time. His ship, the Red Death, is feared throughout all the Caribbean, and if a merchant vessel sees it's blood-soaked crimson sails and the trademark fox skull and crossed swords flying, it meant certain death. One could only hope that death was swift.
