The Owl

The Owl, a simple title given to it due to it's appearance. At 5'10" the thing is only somewhat imposing, though it often chooses to just watch things around it from  across the building. A smallish beak is hidden beneath the feathers on its face, it is able to open the seeminly tiny mouth, should it be found, to gaping sizes to bite or eat people or things.

Massive wings of atleast a 15 foot span are usually wrapped around its body or folded close. When wrapped the being appears to be wearing some kinda of cloak or large drape to hide its body. in the case of being folded close the wings make a kind of poncho like shape, though it shows a bit more skin.

Under the wings the creature is of a slender build, somewhat feminine in nature with lots of crest like feathers on what is assumed to be its chest area. Thin arms, four to be exact extend from the torso, one set where any normal persons would be and a second set just under the first. The second set of arms are a bit curious, at first they appear to be normal arms, but at the elbows of these limbs the arm splits in two, the second set of arms hand a second set of forearm attached to them. The arms are also covered in lots of feathers and end it long taloned digits.

Legs, normal really, strong yet slender bird like legs akin a raptor creature. They have a bit more range of motion and stand higher than raptors of olde. they are basically digit grade bird legs ending in strong talons for perching and fighting.

Mental abilities seem to be through the roof, if one talks to it, it will not always respond, just looking at the person though it does understand them. The Owl is also highly telekinetic/telepathic.
