Randolph Miller

He was born into a sect of his family that were wanderers, bordering on the 'gypsy' stereotype. He drifted around, and found himself telekinetic.

Later, when he reached adult age, he was training in hand to hand, when a bad defensive maneuver left him open. Not used to sparring 'live steel', his sparring partner lopped off one arm. After initial panic passed them, they realized that Randolph neither bled, nor lost sensation in the lost arm.

He continued traveling, unable to find job after his new ability set in, as it was considered a liability in most places. He did manage to save enough to attain a 'pistol', one that loads with water, and magically chills it and propels the ice shard at high speed.

He enjoys the sensation of security. Paranoid one, this guy.

His chains, It's actually quite a fetish for him.

He enjoys playing with his 'fallapart limbs', especially as a prank.

Hates mindgames, any attempt to mess with him will probably be met with rage.

He hates Tobbacco smoke, due to allergies.

And do not, under any circumstance, use his ability to seperate himself against him.

While telekinetic, he cannot tell where his body parts are unless he is attached to it, or can see where it is. otherwise, he can only tell what sensations his body is feeling. And, he will tell you, it's all as sensitive as ever.

He once worked for utopia, but his employer went crooked, and he left that behind, realizing that it cannot be attained. This left him more than a little dissapointed in life, and he seeks to find something to strive for now.
