Hemi grew up in Austrailia but he moved to the U.S. after he became a certified  mechanic at the age of 10. Thats when he met his trusty sidekick/ friend/ brother E-block.

Cars. Friends and girls.(though most think hes too damn short grrrr)

Hes only 4 ft tall at the tip of his big ears  But his tone body is almost always covered in a jumpsuit and most of the time hes covered in and smells of engine grease. he always carries a full tool belt around his waist and he knows how to ue everything in it. He is a complete genius when it come to cars so if it a car and its broken he knows what o do. He is the only one who can piss E-block off and get away with it. He rides around on E-blocks shoulder when hes not zooming around a car or room fixing things.
