Born as a Male-herm, Eltee prefers to be called as a 'He' despite his feminine build and the 'Extra tidbits' between his legs. Although it doesn't bother him much when people refer to him as a 'She' but actually enjoys it, though he doesn't tell anyone that. During Childhood, Eltee comes from a long line of military soldiers  from both Maternal and Paternal sides, hence his name resembles Lt., the military rank of Lieutenant. His Father was a high ranking Soldier, Mother was an Army wife and sometimes Medic on the field who patched up wounded soldiers during the war. Due to his parents' military background, he grew up with a strict lifestyle and living however his parents were somewhat 'laid- back' despite their occupations and gave Eltee some freedom on his choices, a bonus to the canine since his parents also support his sexual orientation when he finally came out of the closet during his teenage years.

Currently 18, Eltee is an avid party goer and College student, now a sophomore due to his high than average intelligence. Infamous for bringing boys into his 'room' where they emerge a day later, dazed but with some dumbass grin on their faces, or rubbing their sore asses, Eltee is somewhat popular but still retains a dignified reputation.

Taking up, Massage Therapy as his Major, this Canine is eager to please with his hands and perhaps do something more....

Eltee, loves to have fun and live life to it's fullest. Often spotted at Clubs and parties, he rarely leaves for home alone and usually with a handosme man... or two.... or three. He doesn't mind a bit of discipline though and often needed to be reminded when he loses himself, also he LOVES men. Did I mention he loves men?

From his upbringing, Eltee gives respect to everyone around him and dislikes being shown disrespect unless it involes sex. He keeps a fairly neutral ground on every standing and prefers not to get inbetween conflicts and often acts as a mediator.

Due to having military parents, Eltee tends to work out by going jogging or performing some cardio, with light body building to keep his feminine shape.
