Not a character, per se.

The identity basement is an area under the Volkner Tavern, a desertes, middle of nowhere tavern in the middle of nowhere Cape Fubar.

This basement contains the following: tons of masks and suits, a rather large bed in the middle, a desk full of make up and drugs, a fridge and cooler filled with food and drinks, and a closet containing more suits, masks, clothes, and a stone chest at the end of the closet.

The reason for this basement to exist. Transformation RPG's. Apparently, this whole basement was once a getaway for the Tavern's previous owner, who bought enchanted suits and masks to give himself a new identity. Now the owner's passed on, and has left his basement for anyone curious enough to try out.
