Description
An avatar Ive made to use cos im getting bored of the hundreds i already have. That and i need to start experimenting with photoshop so ive finally gotten off my arse and started making stuff!

I used the basic outline of a caracal photo, airbrushed the black paint over the surface, still keeping the texture of the fur but making him/her darker in contrast. I cut the original background out and placed my own background behind it, its supposed to look like light shooting from him/her. And of course for final touches i painted on the markings, claws and whiskers.

This animal is like my totem animal if you will, i hold it very sacred. He/She is my inner kitty and my link to felines in general. But like this, each marking symbolizes something special to me, the blackness symbolizes that i am mixed blood in character, the shooting lights represent the Soul.

I refer to it as him/her because the caracal within me is male yet im female. Its a long story so i wont bore you :)
