Great pose and Great work on the hands. The body has some depth but the face and neck area are totally flat to me. Could be just me. Again with the ears vs. the hair. This time I can see the difference but you have hair coming directly from her ear. I think the hair should have more movement around the ears rather than just sticking ears in the middle of her hair. Ones higher than the other as well but that doesn't bother me as much. Still Great pose and great ideas here and bonus thumbs up for drawing the hands! We all know most artists cringe when it comes to hands.
